From the front desk to the technicians that preformed the work was flawless. Communication, work quality, and information about the products I was purchasing. I now have a new shop for my mechanical needs. Thank you.

Made an appt for 11 am for an alignment, got back at 1:30 to pick up car and they had never started it. I was told they were busy, what's the point of an appt. Employee was a tool!!!

Just came in with no start conditions on my 02 neon, Nathan and team Dartmouth pulled through got my car up and running and no one else could figure it out! Went to three local shops paying tow fees in the area, No one could figure it out. Team Dartmouth got it in quickly figured out my problem and took care of me and got me back on the road! Thank you Team Firestone Dartmouth! Seriously appreciate your skill and expertise.

I took my car (which I had bought 6 days prior) here because it was leaking oil. I called ahead to see if they could squeeze me in before closing, since it was close to closing time on a Saturday. They took the car in right away and checked it out. Turns out the cap to the motor oil was loose, and had worked its way almost completely out. They screwed it back in and replaced the missing oil (almost the whole tank) free of charge! Very nice staff here. I would absolutely recommend going to this Firestone, especially if you're in a pinch.

I had an amazing experience with Firestone during the repair process for my new vehicle purchased through Carvana. Working with the warranty company Silverrock can definitely be frustrating and take a long time, but the team at Firestone made the entire experience so much easier and less stressful. They were able to get my warranty approved for four brand new tires, brakes and rotors, and even my automatic window button opener. Throughout the whole process, Nathan the manager and Ian the technician went above and beyond for me. Ian worked incredibly hard dealing directly with the warranty company, advocating for everything my vehicle needed, while Nathan kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and honestly just made me feel comfortable and at ease while waiting. Every single person involved was professional, patient, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road safely. They kept me informed every step of the way and treated me with kindness the entire time. I truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication from this team. Thank you all for getting me safely back out on the road!
